POSITION: Local Television Sales Manager - Yakima
We need your media experience and leadership. Are you ready to contribute to the KAPP/KVEW sales organization and be a part of the ABC family. As a local sales manager, you will need to maximize revenue in the local Yakima market by being a team leader, account management, social media and local promotions. The LSM will be instrumental in coaching and hiring account executives as well as maintaining and developing an existing list.
Key Strengths include:
- Optimizing the quality of customer service and developing new business growth.
- Promoting the stations various products and services including broadcast, Internet, and social media.
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- Effectively communicate with clients, sales team and management.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, grow and maintain an established client base.
- Stimulate new and existing sales growth.
- Manage and grow a sales team.
- Monitor market changes, seek business opportunities and strengthen local ties to the community.
This position has a base salary plus commission, with a generous bonus compensation for reaching goals. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
