Three Hospitalized After Being Hit Crossing the Street
Two children and their mother are recovering in the hospital after being hit by a car while crossing the street last night in Kennewick.
Police say the incident occured after 9pm. The threesome were crossing 4th Avenue at Olympia Street, when a 19 year old driver struck them in a crosswalk.
All three of them were taken to local hospitals.
It appears that none of the injuries are life threatening.
Police say alcohol and speed were not a factor.
