Carol Moser announces candidacy for WA House of Representatives
Democrat Carol Moser announces her candidacy for the Washington House of Representatives today.
Moser is the current Chair of the Washington State Transportation Committee and a former council member for the city of Richland.
She says she plans to help the state recover from it's budget crisis by curbing wasteful spending and growing our local economy.
Moser previously ran for the position and lost to Representative Brad Klippert.
She says not much has changed locally since her last campaign, so she hopes this time around, she'll get a chance to make a difference.
"That's part of the reason I'm running, I don't think there is enough difference. I don't think there has been enough change for this community, and so that's why I'm running" said Moser.
Moser says she hopes to promote nuclear energy and enhance our riverfront areas.
