White Bluffs needs votes to win $5,000
The West Richland White Bluffs Quilt Museum needs your vote to win $5,000.
The organization that teaches sewing and quilting is participating in the nationwide Pepsi Refresh contest. They have to get enough votes to make it into the top ten community projects to win the money.
White Bluffs will use it to fund kids arts and crafts classes and buy equipment.
