KPD Arrest Kennewick Man Overnight For Burglary, and Other Charges

According to KPD- Around 2:15AM last night, Kennewick Police responded to a 911 call from a female reporting that someone had broken into her W 5th apartment.  Upon arriving, police encountered the suspect at the front door.  The suspect then fled, and tried to evade Police by exiting through the balcony.  He was apprehended after a struggle, with no injuries reported.

The suspect was identified as Felix Garza of Kennewick, who is the ex-boyfriend of the female resident.  There was an existing no contact order in place between the two. 

Garza was booked for Felony Order Violation, residential Burglary of the 1st degree, and resisting arrest.
