Five business leaders inducted into Ag Hall of Fame
Five local business leaders are selected for this year's class of the Mid-Columbia Agricultural Hall of Fame.
They're being recognized for their outstanding contributions to agriculture in the areas of pioneering, leadership, vision, and community involvement.
The names were announced today during a special luncheon by the Pasco Chamber of Commerce.
The Agricultural Mentorship-Leadership Award went to Ramona Rommereim for 25 years of influencing and guiding young people.
"I have a long history in my family of paying forward and giving back, we enjoy education. You can learn from other people and they can learn from you and if you share education then everything is better" said Rommereim.
The 13th Ag Hall of Fame gala will be held January 17th.
