Officer, Suspect Identified in Last Week's Shooting in Pendleton
The investigation into last Thursday's officer involved shooting in the Pendleton area continues.
Detectives identified the man injured that night is 25-year-old Timothy Faria of Pendleton. The officer involved is Tyler Reddington, who has served as a patrol officer for the past six years.
The Umatilla County District Attorney's office intends to present the case to a Grand Jury on Thursday.
The Umatilla/Morrow Major Crimes Team, led by the Oregon State Police in cooperation with the Umatilla County District Attorney's Office were involved in the investigation.
