Officer involved shooting in Pendleton ruled justified
The Umatilla County Grand Jury finds last Thursday's officer involved shooting in Pendleton was justified.
Detectives identified victim as 25-year-old Timothy Faria of Pendleton. The officer involved is Tyler Reddington, who has served as a patrol officer for the past six years.
Yesterday's grand jury's decision comes after evidence was presented by Umatilla County District Attorney Dan Primus.
