A Franklin County judge denies the City of Pasco's motion to dismiss an injunctive relief that was filed by residents of the Donut Hole to stop the city from annexing the area.

The judge decided she did not have enough information or evidence to grant the motion, so she had to deny the motion to dismiss.

Donut Hole residents plan to now move forward with their injunctive relief to stop the annexation of part of the Donut Hole - which is scheduled to take place next month.

The City plans to file a motion for a summary judgment on the issue next month.
