Power Restored to Remaining Homes in Richland
From the City of Richland-
RICHLAND RESTORES POWER TO REMAINING HOMES
Richland crews worked through the night to restore power to customers. There are five customers that remain without power and the City will reconnect service after repairs have been completed on the homes. Four line crews continue distribution system repairs today, including repairing street lights. Tree crews will continue to cut and remove trees around the power lines and equipment.
“The City wishes to thank customers for their patience as we worked to restore power to them,” said Bob Hammond, Energy Services Director. “This storm caused significant damage and disrupted a lot of customers’ lives. I’m proud of our employees and the diligence and skill they exhibited during this event.”
For your safety and the safety of our crews, please stay away from the areas where crews are working. Do not attempt to remove trees or debris near power lines.
Customers can report power outages by calling 942-7421 or 942-7423 between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. After hour power outages can be reported by calling 943-4428.
