RSD Names Acting Superintendent
Rich Puryear--Acting Richland Superintendent
The Richland School Board names Rich Puryear as the district's acting superintendent. Puryear currently serves the District as Executive Director of Financial Services and has been in that position since 2000.
The district's superintendent, Dr. James Busey, is currently on administrative leave as the district investigates allegations that he had a relationship with a district staff member.
