Alcohol ignition interlocks in Washington will soon include a camera to make sure it's the driver doing the breath test.

Interlocks prevent cars from starting until the driver gives a breath sample.  They are required on the vehicles of drivers accused or convicted of driving under the influence.

The state patrol says its had cases where impaired drivers have asked passengers, friends or even children to take the test for them to start their car.  Drivers can lose their right to drive if they try to fool the interlock devise.
