Six public works employees back at work in Franklin Co.
Several employees from Franklin County's Public Works Department are back at work after being put on paid administrative leave for two weeks as police investigate a fraud case.
Six employees returned to the department last Thursday.
Two other employees - the department's director and deputy director, are still on paid leave.
The eight employees are not being accused of any wrong-doing.
Dennis Huston, the county's former director of accounting and administration, is suspected of stealing more than $1 million of county money.
Huston has not been charged.
