Benton Co. judge dismisses lawsuit against Bechtel
A Benton County judge dismisses a lawsuit filed by a former Hanford employee against Bechtel National.
Walter Tamosaitis says he was fired from Bechtel subcontractor URS after he raised safety concerns about construction of the vitrification plant.
Bechtel says Tamosaitis failed prove his case, a judge dismissed the case.
