Elementary Principal Dances In Pink Tutu
The Academic Fairy
Over 600 Yakima students from Martin Luther King Jr Elementary were visited by the academic fairy this morning.
It was part of a deal the principal made with 4th graders last year -- if those students, who are now 5th graders, improved their math and reading scores by 10 percent, then he would dance around in a pink tutu.
The school plans on having all the teachers dress in tutus as part of next year's deal.
