UPDATE: Amber Alert Canceled, Suspect & Child located
UPDATE - Suspect taken into custody at Kennewick Police Department without incident. Child located with suspect and unharmed.
Late Friday night, an Amber Alert was issued after a rape suspect left with his 2-year-old daughter in central Washington, state patrol officials said.
Officials spent several hours looking for 28-year-old Chet Arlie Moses, who left from the White Swan area and was possibly en route to the Spokane area, troopers said. Initial reports said he was driving a dark blue Ford Explorer.
Troopers say Moses was highly intoxicated.
