Drivers in Yakima may have to find other ways to get around A.C. Davis High School, after some streets are closed today.

The school district permanently closed parts of Seventh Avenue, in order for construction to begin on the high school this week.

The road is blocked between Walnut and Spruce streets, while the area between Pine and Spruce street has been converted to a one way road.

The school expects to finish construction by 2015.
