Amber Alert Cancelled
Update: Briana Troyer was found around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning in a North Bend home with Powell.
Original Story: An Amber Alert has been issued for a developmentally disabled teenage girl from Tacoma.
16 year old Briana Troyer was last seen walking away from a Tacoma bowling alley with Terrance Powell, a level one sex offender.
Powell is a black male, 5 foot 9, 220 pounds and 21 years of age. He has short dyed blond hair.
Brianna is a white female, 5 foot two, and is believed to be wearing a blue bowling shirt, a hooded sweatshirt, and blue Converse shoes.
