Graffiti suspects arrested in Hermiston
Hermiston Police arrest 18-year-old Jose Garcia Sunday night in the area of E. Gladys Avenue and NE 2nd Street. Garcia was found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle. He was also charged with 5 counds of criminal mischief in the third degree. 5 counts of unlawfully applying graffiti and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton.
Today, a 15-year-old female was charged with unlawful marijuana within 1000 feed of a school, unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuan, criminal mischief in the third degree and unlawful application of graffiti.
