Pasco agrees to keep Donut Hole zoning low-density
The Pasco City Council decides it will not make any zoning changes to a piece of Franklin County land scheduled to be annexed into the city next year.
The land is part of the Donut Hole, in between roads 52 and 68, and in between Sylvester Street and Argent Road.
Last night, city council members unanimously decided the residential zoning in the area will stay low-density.
That portion of the Donut Hole will be annexed into the city on January 1st.
