LOCATION: Northbound US 97 at Milepost 21, Allen Creek Road.
INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: 2 Semi Collision is blocking the North bound lane.
OTHER: DOT flagging alternating traffic in the Southbound lane. Use caution and expect delays.
