Arrest made at The Agape House in Hermiston

Police arrest a transient early this morning after he allegedly broke into the Agape House in Hermiston.
Officers responded to the 500 block of West Harper Road after receiving reports that someone with a flashlight was seen in or around the premises.
33-year-old Charles Cooley, a transient, was located on the property. Cooley, who as a long criminal history with the Hermiston Police Department, was charged with criminal trespass and attempted theft and is lodged in the Umatilla County Jail.
