Doctors continue mental evaluation of Pasco murder suspect
The murder trial of a Pasco man accused of killing his roommate earlier this year is still on hold, as doctors continue to evaluate his mental competency.
Joseph Hart is charged with second degree murder in the stabbing death of 53 year-old Rodger Lincoln.
Hart and Lincoln lived in a mobile home together at the Sundance Home Park.
Doctors at Eastern State Hospital evaluated Hart in August.
After that evaluation, doctors reported that Hart was competent in some areas, but not competent in others - so they continued to evaluate him.
A new report is expected to be completed on November 5th.
