A 15 year old male suspect in a fatal gang-related shooting makes a preliminary appearance in Yakima Juvenile Court today.

Police were able to locate the boy and booked him into the Juvenile Detention Center last night.

Rangel suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
One witness says he was waiting at the bus stop, when he saw Rangel being chased around the corner by two males.
"And then, all of a sudden, I heard a 'pop pop pop pop. So I ran over here to see what was going on. And that's when a nurse came over and tried to help him, but it was too late," said Donovan Kipling.
Investigators are currently trying to locate the second suspect.
Charges against the 15 year old will be filed on Friday.
Bail is set at 500 thousand dollars.
