DUI Crash Injures Two

Drugs or alcohol are believed to have been a factor in a Friday night collision that injured two people.

According to the Washington State Patrol, 42-year-old Peter Hinskin of Paso was eastbound on Interstate 82 11 miles south of Kennewick when he lost control of his car and rolled onto the shoulder.

He and his passenger, 28-year-old Kalen Hendricks of Kennewick, were transported to Kennewick General Hospital.

Both were wearing their seatbelts.
