Pasco Murder Suspect Competent to Stand Trial
The Franklin County District Court finds a 2nd-degree-murder suspect competent to stand trial.
27-year-old Joseph Hart is charged with stabbing and killing his 53 year-old roommate, Rodger Lincoln, in the front yard of their Pasco home.
Hart's trial will begin October 23rd and the next time he's expected back in court is September 24th.
Doctors did a number of tests to evaluate Hart's mental competency after the murder took place in March 2012.
