One of two suspects of a drive by shooting last night in Richland just turned himself in at the Richland Police Department.

37-year-old Lowell Singleton is now in the hands of police.

The second suspect, 28-year-old James Davis is still at large.

The men were believed to be traveling in a maroon colored jeep commander.

Singleton and Davis are suspects in a shooting that occurred just after nine o'clock last night near the 100 block of Bitterroot Drive.

Police say the suspects drove into the area and came across another vehicle occupied by three men from Kennewick.

The two groups of men had previously been involved in a dispute.

Davis allegedly got out of the jeep with a rifle and began firing on the victims' vehicle.

32-year-old Edward Bolt was struck in the leg.

None of the other two men were injured.
