Dutch Bros. Coffee Raises $7,941 for Local Youth Programs
Southeast Washington Dutch Bros. Coffee locations and community members raised $7,941 on Friday, Dec. 6, for the annual Buck for Kids Day.
To raise funds, all 11 Southeast Washington locations donated $1 for every drink sold to children's causes selected by local owners.
Buck for Kids Day is an annual event in which all 213 Dutch Bros. Coffee locations in seven states donate drink proceeds to youth programs.
This year Buck for Kids Day raised $176,922 company-wide, $37,922 more than last year’s $139,000.
Wenatchee and East Wenatchee locations donated to the Children’s Home Society of Wenatchee.
Kennewick locations donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Benton & Franklin Counties.
The Walla Walla location donated to Friends of Walla Walla.
The Moses Lake location donated to Boys & Girls Club of Moses Lake.
The Pasco location donated to Boys & Girls Club of Benton and Franklin Counties.
The Sunnywide location donated to Service Alternatives, Inc.
The Yakima location donated to Children’s Village.
Company-wide, Dutch Bros. Coffee donates over $1 million every year to local causes, in an effort to achieve its goal of, “Making a difference, one cup at a time.”
