Franklin Co. resident files two lawsuits against Pasco
A Franklin County resident has filed two lawsuits this week against the City of Pasco.
Roger Lenk, who lives in the Donut Hole, filed litigation over public records requests he made with the city.
He claims the city would not give him the information he requested.
One public records request involved information related to the proposed regional aquatic center that may be built in Pasco.
The other request involves work emails from Mayor Pro Tem Rebecca Francik and City Councilman Saul Martinez.
Lenk claims some of the emails were used to conduct personal business.
