Fire Heavily Damages Office Building at WSU Prosser This Morning
A fire virtually destroys an office building at WSU Prosser.
Firefighters were called out to the Irrigated Agriculture Research and Extension Center around 3:30AM this morning.
Fire Chief Douglas Merritt says a third of the building is a complete loss, the rest of suffered severe smoke damage.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the cause.
No injuries were reported.
