A homeless man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl inToppenish pleads guilty in Yakima County Court.
46-year-old Vincent Umtuch plead guilty to third degree child rape in a deal with prosecutors, after they agreed to drop a molestation charge and recommend a sentence of about two years in prison.
Police say they found the man on top of the teen last August when they received reports of people drinking beer behind a Texaco gas station.
