Classes At Davis Canceled Due To Unusual Odor
Classes at A.C. Davis High School in Yakima are canceled for tomorrow.
The Yakima School District says a contractor identified an unusual odor in the construction area of the grounds while crews were conducting metal cutting activities.
The school district has decided to cancel class as part of a precautionary measure.
Firefighters say four workers were taken to Yakima Regional Medical Center with mild exposures and were decontaminated as a precaution.
All sporting activities will continue as scheduled because they are out of town.
