Teenage boy accidentally shot in Mesa
A teenage boy is recovering after being accidentally shot Sunday afternoon in Mesa by his younger brother.
Franklin County Sheriff's Deputies say two brothers were playing in the garage of a home on the 300 block of North May Avenue when they discovered a gun.
The 14-year-old younger brother shot his 15-year-old brother in the stomach around 1:30 PM Sunday.
Investigators say the victim's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
No charges have been filed, however the case will be forwarded to the county prosecutor for review.
