SWAT team serves warrant, one arrested in Walla Walla
A high-risk warrant served this morning by the SWAT team in Walla Walla resulted in the arrest of a 47-year-old man for felony drug charges.
Steven Duggan was arrested at an apartment located on the 200 block of N. 5th Avenue around 6:30 a.m.
Duggan's arrest was the result of an investigation by detectives and he was arrested on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
Duggan was also wanted out of Oregon for a parole violation. According to the Walla Walla Police Department, Duggan's original conviction was for sodomy and he is a registered sex offender.
