Meth suspect armed with brass knuckles arrested in Richland
A Pasco man is arrested Friday night for allegedly going door to door in Richland asking for fuel and directions to the nearest gas station.
When officers made contact with 27-year-old Juan Vela, Vela told them that he was armed with two sets of brass knuckles.
Vela refused to tell officers why he had armed himself with brass knuckles.
A check also revealed Vela had two warrants for his arrest and was in possession of meth when taken into custody.
