Community meetings about PSD bond held tonight, tomorrow
The Pasco School District is holding two community meetings this week to discuss the proposed bond to build three new elementary schools.
The proposed bond costs $46.8 million, and the estimated rate for taxpayers is .34 cents per $1,000 of assessed value, or $34 per year for a $100,000 property.
The bond will be on the ballot next month.
Tonight's meeting will be held at 5:30 PM at the Frost Elementary School library.
Tomorrow's meeting will be held at 6:00 PM at the Booth Building board room located at 1215 W. Lewis.
