Two Franklin Co. petitions to be placed on November ballot

The Franklin County Auditor's Office validates two petitions proposing to make changes in the city of Pasco.

One petition proposes to change the structure of government, so the mayor is the executive officer of the city instead of the city manager.

The other petition proposes to change the city limits of Pasco, so former Donut Hole residents who were recently annexed into the city, could return to being only Franklin County residents.

The city of Pasco needs to acknowledge the petitions by August 6th.

Then, the petitions will go on the November ballot.
