AG's Office Seeking to Keep Pedophile Behind Bars
The state attorney general's office is filing a petition in Benton County to prevent a convicted pedophile from being released.
56 year old Stephen Robinson was convicted of two sexually violent offenses against young girls in Benton County and Denver County, Colorado. He's behind bars in Walla Walla right now, but is scheduled to be released on Friday.
Robinson has indicated that he would attack other young girls if he was let out, and now the attorney general's office is asking that he be categorized as a sexually violent predator - that way - he won't be released into the community.
