Pasco City Council members unanimously approve last night a special permit for Delta High School to move from its current location in Richland to an area on Broadmoor Boulevard.

Recently, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Randy Dorn approved more than $10 million dollars to help build the campus that will support science, technology, engineering and math.

The new school is expected to welcome students in Fall 2015.

The school currently uses buildings owned by Columbia Basin College in Richland.

The current lease at that location ends at the end of next year.
