Prosecutors File Motion to Revoke Kevin Harper's Plea Deal
We now have more information regarding a set of mystery files surrounding the West Valley triple murder case.
Prosecutors filed a motion to have Kevin Harper's plea deal revoked, stating that Harper had violated the deal by lying on a polygraph test.
Furthermore, the documents say Harper's wife Crystal Gray-West told detectives in an interview that her husband mentioned killing 3 people a few years ago -- in a separate interview, a former cell mate of Harper's tells detectives that harper admitted to killing three people in West Valley.
Harper was accused of killing Bill and Pauline Goggin and Bill's mother Bettye back in 2011, and prosecutors are planning on refiling those charges if Harper's deal is revoked -- we will know that in September.
