Yakima Police Searching of Home Invasion Suspects

Yakima Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly invaded a home and severely injured the home's occupant.

It happened Saturday morning on the 900 block of North 16th.

The victime told police he heard a knock on his door, and when he answered two unknown men pushed their way in and tied him up.

One suspect taped a plastic sack over his head. He then struck the victim with what he believes was a tire iron several times.

The suspects got away with numerous items.

Police are looking for the suspects.  One was described as a white male, and the other a light skinned black male.  Both are about 25 years old, medium build, and about 5 foot 10.
