Forensic pathologist testifies in Stuart murder trial
A forensic pathologist takes the stand today in the murder trial of Tashia Stuart.
Stuart is accused of killing her adoptive mother Judy Hebert, in March 2011 inside Hebert's Pasco home.
Dr. Daniel Selove conducted the autopsy on Hebert.
He says Hebert died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Dr. Selove also testified that Hebert had another gunshot wound to her lower right side, and a chop mark - possibly from a hatchet - on her head.
Testimony is expected to continue tomorrow.
