Brain Cancer Patient Gets His Wish
Josh Pearson was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma (brain cancer) just 2 years ago.
He was told there was no cure and he would have a year or two to live.
Pearson's wish was to attend a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway.
The Tri-Cities Cancer Center, where Pearson is being treated, pulled some strings and The Dream Foundation presented Pearson with tickets to attend not 1 but 3 NASCAR races in Daytona, Florida next month.
"This gift means the world to me," said Pearson. "Not just because I get to go to a NASCAR race with my brother but just that there are people out there that care enough about people they've never met."
Pearson will take his brother on the trip down to Daytona where they will also get a Garage Tour at the speedway, as well as Fanzone passes to the speedway infield.
