Pasco first-grader suspension overturned
The Pasco School District has decided to overturn the suspension of a first-grader who was sent home for talking about toy guns.
The district confirmed today the determination that no discipline was warranted after talking with the parents.
The 6-year-old was suspended February 28th at James McGee Elementary School.
The district says the incident will be erased from his record.
