The Franklin County coroner says he does not see any evidence that a man found dead inside a Pasco motel room was killed by another person.

61 year-old Pete Martinez was found dead last week in a room at the Tahitian Inn.

The coroner has not determined the manner of death, but says he does not see any evidence of a homicide.

He says it looks like the death was accidental or a suicide, and toxicology results should provide more answers.

Martinez died from asphyxiation due to inhaling smoke and carbon monoxide.

Investigators say there was a fire purposely set inside the room.
