Kennewick: Level 3 Sex Offender

Kennewick Police have released a Level 3 Sex Offender criminal justice notification on Damon Cedric Hendricks. 

The thirty-year-old was convicted on multiple charges of attempted sexual abuse, as well as non-sex related crimes, and remains on federal probation.

Police say he is currently residing on the 2800 block of W. 46th Avenue in Kennewick.  This information is provided in accordance with RCW 4.24.550. Unless court ordered restrictions exist, the offender is constitutionally free to live wherever he chooses.

Police say any abuse of this information by citizens to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.

A special meeting will be held at the Kennewick Police Station, 211 W. 6th Avenue, at 6:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month to provide further information on this and other sex offenders in Kennewick.
