Name Released for Man Found Dead in Downtown Yakima
The Yakima County Coroner has released the name of the man found dead in Downtown Yakima.
The county coroner says 70-year-old David L. Childs was found dead near N. Front Street and East A Street.
Childs died from a combination of head and neck trauma, and several puncture wounds.
It is unclear what caused the puncture wounds -- they were not from a knife or a needle.
Police currently do not have a suspect named, but are following leads.
