Woman Injured in Collision in Walla Walla Co.

A College Place woman injures herself after troopers say she was driving negligently along U.S. 12 west of Touchet this morning.

22-year-old Sandra Story was westbound near milepost 313 when her Chevrolet pickup drifted off the roadway to the right, causing her to overcorrect.  The pickup rolled and came to a rest on its top.

The Washington State Patrol says drugs or alcohol were not involved in the crash that took place on the "S" curves west of Nine Mile Ranch around 7:30 a.m.

Story was transported to Walla Walla General Hospital.
