Not Guilty Plea For Jim Lemon
A not guilty plea is entered for former Union Gap Mayor Jim Lemon this morning.
Lemon was arraigned in Yakima Municipal Court on charges of malicious mischief-domestic violence, trespassing and obstructing a law enforcement officer.
Police say Lemon entered his parents home Sunday night and began destroying property.
Lemon was also arrested a week ago on DUI charges in Union Gap.
Lemon was later transferred to Yakima County Jail following his arraignment.
He is being held on $30,000 bail.
