Transient Tasered for Failing to Obey Officer's Commands
A transient is in custody after allegedly advancing toward a police officer in an aggressive manner Monday afternoon and resisting to obey the officer's commands to sit down.
Marshall Kendall was tased after violently resisting arrest. It all happened at the Safeway parking lot on the 2800 block of West Kennewick Avenue after officers responded to a call that Kendall was allegedly directing profane language to people in the area.
Kendall allegedly kicked an officer twice during the incident.
He was booked into the Benton County Jail for obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and assault 3rd degree.
